Asheville NC Real Estate Market Update

Our monthly real estate update, is based on statics from our local MLS.  The information is calculated from the past month so we will always be talking about the previous month’s stats.

The Asheville Region includes Buncombe, Burke, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Polk, Rutherford, Swain, Transylvania and Yancey Counties.  The surrounding counties are becoming more popular and price increases are occurring throughout the region. Depending on what is happening in the market, a surrounding county may be highlighted.

The city of Asheville is located in Buncombe County.  The city of Hendersonville is located in Henderson County. The monthly real estate updates will focus on, an overview of the greater Asheville area, the city of Asheville and Hendersonville as well as Buncombe and Henderson County.  I will pick a surrounding county or topic as a Special Focus. Then we will wrap it up with my thoughts about the current market as our Take Away.

The real estate monthly updates will also be accompanied by additional PDFS, a YouTube update for those who prefer videos and my personal monthly chart.
