We serve a diverse clientele of buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.  We help builders plan and build environmentally conscious developments and infield projects, markets eco communities, and works with environmentally savvy individuals to find the right homes for their needs. We also work with a wide range of investors, seeking to rehab and turn properties, build rental income, or purchase second homes. Our clients often have “first-look” privileges at properties.  Love The Green has sold properties that have never reached the MLS database because of our relationships with sellers.

Our company recognizes that not everyone will be able or is inserted in purchasing a “green” home. Whilewe enjoy telling the client about the benefits of living in a more energy efficient and healthy home our first priority is to listen to our clients and try to meet their individual needs.  We take pleasure in helping our clients find what works best for them.

Love The Green utilizes a unique approach to helping you sell your home, land, or commercial building.  During the initial interview we will determine if our services are appropriate for you or if you need a more specialist real estate company.  Love The Green recognizes that some real estate companies are better able than others to promote a particular dwelling or piece of land.  If it is decided that our clients are better served by referring them to another company we will help you interview at least two different companies and continue to provide support to you throughout the process.  We place your home on our website therefore helping you achieve additional exposure.   We have found cooperation with our fellow Realtors to be a win/win situation for everyone.
